First of all.... The little itsy bitsy tiny weeny Healthe Shop in Parsippany NJ, had more gluten free stuff in it's little 1 refrigerator refrigerated section then all the cases at Trader Joes and Super Stop N Shop... put together.
AND
They had frozen Pizza.
I gotta tell you.............. this little 6 inch pizza was $8.00. That's like $1.33 an inch! AND I had to get three....
I'll keep you updated. This is one of Terri's favorite foods. HOPEFULLY this will keep her happy between the string cheese and scrambled eggs.
OK, the pizza's are done and they look good. This will be a big bonus... worth their weight in gold!
If they rock.... I might have to try my hand at HOMEMADE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA DOUGH!
